Term and Conditions

All information below is very important. Please read carefully before booking.

Booking online or signing our booking form and/or making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and our company).  

By accepting, you certify that you are an adult (at least 18 years old) with full legal authority to enter into this agreement for yourself and on behalf of all accompanying passengers on your reservation.

This terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it’s your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes.

Price and validity

All prices mentioned in the offers sent to customers by Beebee Travel are clearly quoted in VND or USD. Beebee Travel guarantees the validity of prices, invoices or documents provided to the Customer according to the contract.

Booking and confirmation

All bookings have to be done with Beebee Travel either by email or phone text or call. We always send you a confirmation via email or phone text to clarify our agreed service to your group. Until you receive confirmation, it’s our duty to supply to you what we agree upon.

Booking confirmation must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the total price for the trip. Once a deposit is received, it’s understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.

The remaining balance of the tour price (50%) will be paid upon Customer’s arrival in Vietnam. After confirming your booking, we will send you an invoice by email.

In case some services cannot be confirmed, you will be informed immediately and offered with an alternative one.


Customers can pay for the trip in cash, bank transfer or credit card. The final payment or the balance is required 30 days before departure. If the final payment is not paid on or before the due date, Beebee Travel has the right to cancel your booking.

If you make your booking within 30 days to the customer’s arrival date, you have to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

How do I pay?

We accept several payment method. You can pay all of your bookings or pay separately for each booking by:

  1. Paypal or Bank Transfer (pay extra 3% for transaction fee)
  2. Credit card via our company bank account (pay extra 2,8% for banking fee)
  3. Cash in VND or in USD at our office or to driver

Is this price for all or per person?

For these following tours, price is per person:
Educational Hue Walking Tour
Fun Hue Food Tour and Culinary experience
Chan May Shore Excursion and Tien Sa Shore Excursion
Hue Private Guide 
Hue Car Service and so on.
For Private Car (transport service), this price is per car not per person

For Package Tour (Private tour) and Group Tour, this price is per person.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Some bookings, you need to pay in advance because we need to arrange all services for you such as: Guide, Accommodation, Meals, buy the Entrance fees; or in case, your booking falls on TET Holiday. You can pay Online via Paypal, or Bank Transfer, or walk to our Office to pay all before your departure date.

Some bookings, like only Transportation services, you don’t need to pay in advance, you can pay by cash to our driver on that day, after receiving an excellent service.

Cancellation by Customer

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

Package tour:
  • More than 45 days before arriving:  No cancellation charge.
  • More than 30 days before departure day: We will retain your deposit
  • From 30 days to 15 days before departure day:  30 % of the tour price
  • From 14 days to 8 days before departure day:  50 % of the tour price
  • Less than 7 days before departure day : 100 % of the tour price
Daily tour:
  • 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge.
  • 1 day  before  departure day: 50% of the tour price

Note: The cancellation time is the time Beebee Travel receives your notice.

Cancellation by Beebee Travel

In case of force majeure regarding political conditions, natural disaster, wars, etc, we have to cancel the confirmed trip which the Customer has deposited or paid for. In such case, we will contact you for appropriate alterations or you will get full refund for your deposit or payment.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.


Beebee Travel is an inbound agency and we do not take care of insurance. The Customers are required to have full travel insurance covered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read their insurance policy before they travel with Beebee Travel.

However, we can act as an intermediary between your insurer and our service suppliers.
